Thanks for choosing us to order your flowers from! Prices listed on the website are estimated prices. Prices will fluctuate due to the market. Import Flowers will require a 50% deposit per item (plus full price on "garlands, wreaths or jackson vine boxes" ). Import Flowers will accept cancellations when they are received by noon the Tuesday the week before pickup for a full refund of deposit (minus 10% for credit card fees) If an order is cancelled after noon on the Tuesday the week before your pick up date, the full deposit is non-refundable. By placing an order, Import Flowers assumes that you (the customer) understand and accept these policies.
